The LP6X-1H Compact Lens Positioner provides an economical solution for applications requiring six (XYZθXθYθZ) axes of adjustment within a limited space. Precise, 100 TPI hex-key adjusters allow smooth adjustment with increased sensitivity. Independent locks for each axis securely lock the adjustment screws, maintaining stable optical alignment. Each unit is supplied with two retaining rings to safely secure optical elements with an outer diameter of 1.0 inch (25.4 mm). The threaded central aperture can also accommodate a variety of optomechanical components with SM1 (1.035-40) thread. Post mounting is achieved by accessing the 8-32 (M4) counterbored holes in the mount body. Designed with OEM applications in mind, the lens positioner includes alignment pin holes to enable keying of the position and orientation by means of dowel pins for repeatable system integration and to prevent clocking effects.
