ODiate® Excitation Filter, 25.0 mm, 539 nm CWL, 31 nm FWHM
The OD8-EX539-31-B Excitation Filter is specified for excitaiton of TRITC and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EM593-54-B and OD8-DCL561-D . The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for 539 nm CWL and 41 nm FWHM and enhanced blocking ≥ OD10 avg over the corresponding emission passband.
