ODiate® Emission Filter, 25.0 mm, 523 nm CWL, 41 nm FWHM
The OD8-EM523-41-B Emission Filter is specified for emission of GFP and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EX474-37-B and OD8-DCL498-D . The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for 523 nm CWL and 41 nm FWHM and enhanced blocking ≥ OD10 avg over the corresponding excitation passband.
