ODiate® Dichroic Beamsplitter, 25.2 x 35.6 mm, 509 nm 50% Cut-on Edge Wavelength




The OD8-DCL509-D Dichroic Beamsplitter is specified to reflect the excitation and transmit the emission of FITC and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EX483-41-B and OD8-EM537-46-B . The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high excitation passband refleciton ≥ 98% avg and emission passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for a 509 nm 50% Cut-on edge wavelength.
