ODiate® Dichroic Beamsplitter, 25.2x35.6 mm, 561 nm 50% Cut-on Edge Wavelength
The OD8-DCL561-D Dichroic Beamsplitter is specified to reflect the excitation and transmit the emission of TRITC and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EX539-31-B and OD8-EM593-54-B . The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high excitation passband refleciton ≥ 98% avg and emission passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for a 561 nm 50% Cut-on edge wavelength.
