ODiate® Excitation Filter, 25.0 mm, 483 nm CWL, 41 nm FWHM
The OD8-EX483-41-B Excitation Filter is specified for excitaiton of FITC and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EM537-46-B and OD8-DCL509-D . The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for 483 nm CWL and 41 nm FWHM and enhanced blocking ≥ OD10 avg over the corresponding emission passband.
