ODiate® Emission Filter, 25.0 mm, 537 nm CWL, 46 nm FWHM

The OD8-EM537-46-B Emission Filter is specified for emission of FITC and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EX483-41-B and OD8-DCL509-D . The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for 537 nm CWL and 46 nm FWHM and enhanced blocking ≥ OD10 avg over the corresponding excitation passband.
